Abstract
Recently, many researchers have a great interest in the research about miniaturization of chemical analysis system and various devices are being developed. These systems and devices are subject to complicated coupled phenomena (gas-liquid, liquid-liquid etc) and researchers long for the simulator of microchip. So, we are trying to develop a micro fluid simulator using. MPS method (Moving Particle Semi-implicit method). MPS is a kind of particle method and we consider it is good method for simulation of fluid because it does not need grid and we can easily deal with strong deformations. In this article, we provide a simulation of micro flow in a transforming channel using MPS.
