Abstract
In this report, SA/GA hybrid method for the two-objective optimization problem that minimizes the total weight and maximizes the first natural frequency is formulated. In the multipurpose optimization problem, it is easy to obtain the localized solutions because the solution space often has multi peaks. So, in order to get better solutions effectively, the Pareto-Optimal Solutions are classified in each group with the same topology. The candidates of parent individual in GA are chosen adequately by using this classification. The validity of the present method is studied by the results of the numerical examples.
