Abstract
In order to obtain a creative design solution, which is not obtained only with existing design knowledge, it is required to unify different knowledge groups, which exist independently, and to perform gradual extension of knowledge. Authors have proposed some knowledge representations and algorithms of knowledge integration for realizing knowledge extension with the aim of development of "Universal Abduction Studio", which supports creative design synthetically. In this paper, the fundamental framework for dealing with information as knowledge is proposed. And the representation and the knowledge integration based on it are proposed.
