In these study, we aim to cope with the forecasted big change of waste in the next decades, and to build an advanced solar panel recycling system (Reuse. Recycle and Proper processing). We are going to pay attention to the suddenly increase of disposal, the shortened disposal period and disposal occurred area (mostly in countryside). We take Saitama Prefecture and the neighboring area as a model case, estimate the amount of solar panel disposal base on achievement of solar panels installed in the area. Along with that, we will investigate status of current recycling technologies and extract the problem. In addition, we will consider the cases that used GIS (geographic information system), UAV aerial images and surveys, and propose an overall system from removing to transport. Reuse.
