In this study, it is the purpose of resolving the influence of tip speed ratio on a Savoniusu rotor wake. Determining of velocity distribution and turbulence intensity in the wake of rotor were performed in the condition of Reynolds number(4.2×10^4)and tip-speed ratio(0.2, 0.4, 0.6, 0.8, 1.0).The flow velocity of advancing bucket side grows than that of returning bucket side.As the tip-speed ratio increases, area of highest turbulence intensity shift to the minus direction of horizontal axis.
