ものづくり技能教育における主体的感覚情報と定量的技能情報の統合化手法の提案

In the manufacturing sector, there are still many products whose value heavily depends on the skill level of the skilled worker, making skill transfer extremely important. While advances in measurement technology allow for the acquisition of a wealth of physical information on bodily movements, the primary focus of previous research has been on analysis and evaluation. However, it is believed that skill mastery can be achieved when skilled worker actively observe their own bodies both internally and externally, comparing and evaluating their skills. Therefore, this study proposes a method that actively incorporates the skilled worker's subjective sensory information and integrates it with quantitative skill information for a comprehensive approach to skill management.
