抄録
The aim of this paper is to improve the excellent cutting properties for aluminum alloys by DLC coated cutter. DLC film deposited with unbalanced magnetron sputtering (UBMS). The quality of film measured by scratch tester, tribological tester and cutting machine for aluminum alloys. The life of cutter for aluminum alloys depends on the thickness of DLC and on the buffer metal.
