Abstract
To simulate the paper deformation and deflection during transforming in printer by roller, the constitutive equation of paper is necessary. By tensile test and compression test, the mechanical properties of paper have been made clear, but there is not efficient constitutive equation. Since paper is shrunken in machine direction by compressed in thickness direction, the constitutive equation may be very complicate. By compression test, it is also clear that constitutive equation should be described by relative density ratio. In this study, the new constitutive equation based on Hill's law considering porosity of material is proposed and the efficacy is discussed.
