Abstract
Hida Tunnel in Tokaihokurikuiku Expressway proceeds the construction of full sectional two lanes by Tunnel Boring Machine which is about 12.8meters. A tunnel ventilation method is the engine exhaust selection method that takes advantage of the under side of the driveway as a wind tunnel ever experienced by any methods. And JH reports on that method and operation of the ventilation in case of its standard and emergency.
