In the loading test of the pile, it is well known that the static loading test system can obtain the most desirable test result. This test system, however, the equipment becomes a large scale, and it takes along testing time to obtain a test data. This study has been carried out the study and development of novel loading test system for the pile to obtain a desirable test result by adding a proper spring and damper to the system in order to control a loading time. This paper describes the preliminary analysis and experimental result of loading test.
