Abstract
Recently, applications of medical devices are developed by combination of between medical science and engineering technology. Materials of medical devices must be studied for adsorption of proteins as bio-material. In this research, we study about proteins adsorption affected by metallic surface properties. Making metal membrane on glass plate and observing with evanescent light are used to study proteins adsorption on metal surface. In this time, we observed nano-particels adsorption on titanium membrane surface with evanescent light. The result showed that it was dependent on surface roughness of metal membrane.
