Abstract
For analysis of cell-cell interactions, we have proposed a microchip fabricated by SIngle-Mask inclined UV Photo Lithography for Embedded network (SIMPLE process). The microchip is made of thick negative photoresist SU-8. In this study, we carried out the toxicity and proliferative tests of SU-8 to pancreatic islet β cell, MIN6. Then, the validity of the proposed device was confirmed by a suction test for MIN6 cells using the fabricated device.
