Recently in the medical analysis instruments, the liquid control is required to be microfied and high accuracy. Generally the pipette of medical analysis instruments consists of pump and tube, so those are not able to put out micro liquid accurately. In this paper we developed Φ8mm micro actuator. This actuator is made by a 2k-H type planet-gear reducer and a stepping motor. Module of these gears is 0.1, and gears are made by plastic injection molding. And we developed 8 channel micro pipettes system lined up 9mm pitch with these micro actuators. This system puts out 10μl liquid in CV value 1%.
