It is commonly believed that the damage of roller chain is mild accident. So, people undervalue the maintenance of the roller chain. But, broken roller chain invite serious accidents a few times. In this study, I introduce the roller chain accident cause for fatigue breakdown. I appeal the necessity of maintenance for prevention of accidents. I hope that the case example raise the safety awareness of people.
