Abstract
The fracture of ductile metallic material is caused by the voids in the material which grow and unite with each other when stress is applied to the material. The linking and cracking processes of neighboring voids in a thin sheet metal are investigated in detail to get quantitative information about the deformation behavior of voids in a ductile deformation. And the damage tensor show the damage of the material which includes voids. In this study , The deformation behavior of voids and the change of damage tensor in two dimensional model with five voids under the uniaxial tensile load were investigated by experiment. As results of this study, it is shown that the array of holes have an influence on the interference between holes.
