着座式三輪小型車両と人間の急制動時の挙動に関する実験的検討

In recent years, PMVs (Personal Mobility Vehicles) have been attracting attention as a new means of transportation. We focus on the three wheeled sitting-type PMV. They are convenient even for seniors. They are environmentally friendly without exhausting harmful gases. These vehicle bodies are relatively smaller than cars, so they have a high affinity for pedestrian space. However, depending on specifications of vehicle, there is a possibility of turnover of vehicles during braking because the weight of vehicle is small. In this study, the turnover behavior of the vehicle was analyzed by the numerical simulation and the experiment. In the simulation, the human model which consists of 9 rigid bodies and the vehicle model which consists of 3 rigid bodies, were used. The equations of motion are derived by differential algebraic equation (DAE). DAE is one of analytical methods of the Multibody Dynamics. In the experiment, the motion capture was used. The running speeds of the vehicle were 4km/h and 6km/h. The vehicle has two modes. One has long wheelbase and low seat, and the other has short wheelbase and high seat. The experiment was conducted under each speed and mode condition. The results of the simulation and the experiment were almost coincident; however there were a little difference. In the future, intentional motion of human will be considered to approximate the simulation to the experiment.
