In a heat-driven thermoacoustic Stirling cooler, lowering the hot end temperature necessary for the operation is of great importance. In this work, we increased a number of regenerators to five used in the engine loop of this type of cooler, and succeeded in lowering the temperature ratio significantly. Experimental results suggest that the cooling temperature of -4℃ is achievable with the hot end temperature of 200℃.
