The minimally-invasiveness of electrically-driven bubble knife for the cell ablation was evaluated and improved by controlling the variable electrical parameters of power supply. Conventional bubble knife have limitation of the precise ablation due to by the restricted electrical setting. For the present study, working parameters to control directions of dispensed bubbles and to control the ablation region were evaluated. It was confirmed that the applied voltage, frequency, pulse width and resistance control the directionality of the dispensing bubbles. By controlling the electric parameters, the variability of the ablation region was reduced, and also the minimally-invasiveness of cells was remarkably improved.
