Low-grade Thermal Energy Conversion (LTEC) uses waste unused low temperature heat source. Compared to fossil fuels and nuclear energy generation, LTEC has a low energy density and a low temperature difference. Therefore, the thermal efficiency of LTEC systems is lower than that of the thermal power or nuclear power generation. Multi-stage cycle was proposed for improving performance of the LTEC systems. It is clear that the maximum power output of multi-stgae cycle is higher than that of Single-stage cycle(S-C) by theoretical study. However, the maximum net power output is not clarify enough. Therefore, it is necessary to define the evaluation method of maximum net power of multi-stage cycle. The purpose of this paper is to propose the evaluation method and compare maximum net power of multi-stgae cycle to S-C.
