The amount of truck drivers who are suffering the chronic lumbago is not small. Driver often makes improvement to lessen the driving fatigue by adjusting the seating attitude where his back torso angle is increased and the stress to the intervertebral disk is reduced. This effectiveness is testified by the data of eletromyogram at elector muscle of spine and catecholamine from urine.
