抄録
The construction of IBIC machine was started in 1959 April. It was completed in 1961 December. This machine is an experimental apparatus of rather large scale described in J. Phys. Soc. Japan 15, 906-916 (1960). The present vacuum condition is not sufficient (-10-5 mm Hg). Efforts of inproving this appratus are now being made.
