Abstract

Cooperation is one of the effective methods for local governments to build geospatial data economically. In this study, we focus aerial photograph and tried to find effective specifications particularly spatial precision and update interval to form the agreement of the local governments concerned. According to some advanced example and scenarios made by staffs of local governments, we find 3 patterns of specifications is usable to plan to take photographs jointly. Those are 1/2500 and every five years, 1/1000 and every three years, and the combination of those tow specifications.
