Abstract

As for the questionnaire on the Internet, it has a problem. In the questionnaire survey that does on the Internet, the judgment whether the testee is answering in sincerity is difficult. Then, it was thought, "If the process of the answer of the testee was recorded, it can explain reliability to the answer" in this research. And, the mouse tracking technology was introduced into the questionnaire survey. "Those who answered were made to drop ICON in Doracc & as an act of doing a certain evaluation, and the act (Time is included) was recorded as Log data of mouse's movement tracks" technique was constructed based on three key words "Mouse's movement tracks", "Operation to ICON", and "Record at the operation time". After it had experimented, the attempt to visualize the answer process of the testee was done from the collected log datas. The result and the answer process of the testee were reproduced and the problem was able to be extracted. It was evaluated that the pursuit of reliability to the testee's answer became possible by using this technique.
