Abstract
The information which should be given to a diagnosed infant at the spot of "preparation" is the exact knowledge about medical treatment, and is not an awful feeling.  In this research, it was presupposed that the design elements of a visual stimulus are three parameters of "photograph / illustration", "Colored / Colorlessness", and "not bordered / bordered".  It experimented using the tool with which this parameter is reflected in real time.  The balance which an adult feels and which becomes a low awful feeling with high reality became clear.
