Abstract

This research is proposal of a management model of small local art project that is rapidly increasing local areas in Japan now. In this research, I propose the model through participant observation of some small local art projects. This model shows that in small local art project it is important to “trade of wills”. As a meaning of this research, It may be mentioned that it is possible that small local art project contribute engagement and sustainable for the community.
