Abstract
In this research, design study of strength training equipment supporting PET bottle to be used with ease, correctly and continuously at all times strength training using PET bottles. It is compact and easy to carry because it is wrapped around a PET bottle which is anywhere, and it can easily carry out strength training easily at home or on the go. Among a lot of strength training, I We aimed to develop a device that can intuitively perform motion support for vision and hearing, to effectively advance the muscular strength training of the arm at home. Training using light load can also bring about muscle hypertrophy and muscle strengthening effect equivalent to training with high load intensity, so we use slow training in this study.
