抄録

ここ5年ほどで急速に発達してきた分析手法にSNMSがある。SNMSは,スパッタ中性粒子を複雑な発生機構が絡む2次イオンから分離し,また,効率よくイオン化して,高定量性と高感度をめざすものであり,様々な手法が提案されてきた。ここでは,ポストイオン化の必要性,具体的な方法,そして,その特徴に関して分析例を引用しながらSNMSを概観する。
