Abstract
The Manchuria Social administration was an important part of the colonial policy that Japanese militarists operated in Manchurian. This article divides the historical process, its foundation to its ruin, of Manchurian social administration to 3 periods : establishment, improvement, wartime welfare, by analyzing this historical process, we can find how the Manchurian social administration that was cherged and regulated may times, left gradually the original rule of Chinese society's development, making chinese society into Japanese colonial administration system. This historical fact has shown us the characteristic of Manturian social administration in developing colonial rule.
