A significant portion of PM line production is wasted due to poor reel starts. That's why we developed the new OPTIREEL. This concept optimizes the entire reeling process and minimizes bottom broke.
The OPTIREEL is available as a continuous reel both for paper machine and coater application and for the rereeler. Existing conventional reels and rereelers can be replaced or modernized by OPTIREEL.
