Practice of framework building which succeeds modern heritage houses

as the object of succession of the villas at Hayama town, Kanagawa

Abstract

　Let's make succession of modern heritage houses smooth by ordinance establishment. We carried out comparison examination of the decision situation of“the ordinance which can except application of the Building Standard Law”Kanagawa within the prefecture in order to clarify the subject for deciding upon “the ordinance” at Hayama town, Kanagawa which is not a specific administrative agency. We found that “the ordinance”was various and an integration with the prefecture in an ordinance decision process was difficult. Then, we submit “the ordinance”proposal concrete as structure which carries out preservation succession of these modern cottage group of Hayama town in response to the result of investigation.
