Abstract
In one dog and three cats malunion of pelvic fractures had resulted in secondary obstipation and megacolon. Triple pelvic osteotomy was performed to widen the pelvic canal by fixing the free pelvic acetablum segment. In all four cases, obstipation and megacolon improved clinically and radiographically.
