This report provides the survey result of the wake flow, which was caused by a floating offshore wind turbine model in the wind tunnel test. A compact wind turbine model that can be operated three blades independently was newly designed for the test. The model was placed in the wind tunnel, and a uniform flow or a shear flow were used. In addition, the entire model was oscillated pitch direction that assumed floater motion in waves. Wind speed of mainstream direction was measured by hot wire anemometers to obtain the differences in the effect of turbine pitch oscillation and blade pitch control on the wake flow. As a result of the test, it was confirmed that the influence of the pitch oscillation and the blade pitch control was slightly observed in wake flow, and it was decay rapidly.
