Since the Great East Japan Earthquake, Japan's Smart City project is to ensure the safety and security has become an important factor. In this paper, about the efforts to Smart City formation of Japan, we will introduce the strategy of (1) the real estate industry, (2) city gas industry, (3) power industry, (4) electrical machinery industry.
Future challenges, a safety and security was accompanied around the BCP and highly convenient urban development is an important issue.
