In each DMO, it is necessary to set management targets and evaluation indicators that are appropriate for each DMO by satisfying quantitative data and modeling and verifying evaluation indicators that go beyond the existing essential KPIs. It is also important to be skeptical of existing “essential KPIs,” to determine the nature and sustainability of DMOs, and to define new evaluation indicators. To this end, the construction of an evaluation model from quantitative research is required.
