抄録

I named and advocated the management attitude of continually challenging new innovations as “Ladder Management.” I believe that Ladder Management is what revitalizes logistics companies and helps them to survive in the fierce competition, and I hope that the success story of M’s Butsuryu in Yamanashi Prefecture will be explored in depth and that the lessons learned will be applied to other challenging companies. This paper begins with the study of one company, and I believe it will provide hints for the development and revitalization of Japan's logistics industry as a whole.
