抄録

Recent our dietary life is varietry and so changeable like instant, retort food, and others. However, on the other hand, conve-nience dietary life make some problems that nourishment is unbalanced by new diet style and it is difficult to well balanced with other food. Food is indispensable for human life. A lot of empirical and clinical rule of health maintenance and promotion that base on“eating”has been arranged in China for a long time. Therefor, when develop the new food product, it will be necessary that not only con-sider about it' s taste, package, convenience and economic point but also introduce the knowledge of medical diet said in China and evaluate the care for the cosumers' health.
