抄録
A case of bilateral multirooted maxillary third molars in 38 year old male is reported. Anatomical and radiographic examinations were carried out. The results are as follows : The right molar has seven roots and the left molar has five roots that can be distinguished with a possible sixth root. The cause of the multirooted tooth may be due to division of the tooth germ in the embryonic stage of development.
