To search for a way of the effective guidance to students on nursery teacher training, authors tried to put emphasis on the prior guidance on teaching practice. From April to May, 2009, 4 groups in pairs practiced study classes in Kochi Kindergarten (a kindergarten attached to this junior college). Their comments after teaching practice told us that they could have made good use of their experiences at Kochi Kindergarten. To continue the trial of study classes, authors must reflect on the details of the trial this year, and deeply discuss how to build the plan to practice study classes with teachers at Kochi Kindergarten. And at the same time, both authors and teachers at Kochi Kindergarten must think what kind of images toward nursery teachers should be aimed at. Building the common nursery teacher image may form the basis of cooperation between a nursery teacher training school and a kindergarten attached to the school, and lead to the effective guidance on nursery teacher training.
