Following the Abrasion test under dry condition which has been reported by the author, in his Report part 1, the ideal combination of the rail and the type was researched under the state of lubrication in which 2 or 3 drops of Mobile-oil (No. 40) were supplid every day. The result of this research is rported in this paper. Without quenching the rail and tyre, no satisfactory effect could be obtained awing to "Pitting". When both of them were thermoquenched, the weight of wear was very little and the obtained result was very remarkable. If one of them was quenched the effect was good. But, For the previous two results were good different from each other by both quenched.
