抄録

An axial-flow compressor with untwieted stators of uniform cross-section was designed and operated to investigate the blade element characteristics as well as the overall performance. The experimental results of the stator were in a good agreement with those calculated, and the measured flow patterns by means of a pitot tube traveree method were found close to those predicted.
