抄録

The hourglass worm gearing has become widely used because of its high load capacity. Recently, the worm gearing whose worm can move along the wheel axis is needed. The authors developed the hourglass worm gearing whose wheel has involute helical teeth. The usefulness of this gearing is confirmed by the TCA method using the personal computer and by the experiment.
