The present paper is concerned with analytical treatments of dynamic. Here, the behavior of beams under moving loads with spring and damping, transfer matrix method is using to determine the natural frequencies and mode shapes of the beams. We adopt the analytical theories such as Classical (Bernoulli-Euler), Timoshenkos and Levinsons beam theories for the computations of dynamic behavior of multispan beam of nonuniform section, in which the latter two theories take into consideration of the shear deformation and rotatory inertia of the beams. The accuracy, dynamic responses and dynamic amplification factor of multispan beams of nonuniform section are illustrated through several numerical results by using of the three theories.
