Abstract

 Many children are not good at composition. Therefore, in elementary school, worksheets are prepared to organize the contents before writing when working on composition. However, even with worksheets, there are many compositions that lack specific explanations. Therefore, a “conversational composition method” was developed and practiced in which children look at images and talk with friends before writing. As a result, compositions using the conversational composition method had more characters and was more specific and clearer than those using the traditional method.
