Followings are the proposal for the new system of the doctor course in clinical departments of Medical Schools.
1) Students should enter the doctor course of clinical departments after finishing the 2 years post-graduate clinical training.
2) Doctor course of clinical medicine should be 3 years instead of conventional 4 years.
3) Students should receive 1 year course of basic training for biological research with the students of the doctor course of basic medicine
4) Students should not commit the clinical duties unless those are essential for their research. Three years oF doctor course should not be included in the course for clinical training of the specialized field of medicine.
5) Grants for the students of doctor course should be increased.
