Cephalexin, a new orally absorbed Cephalosporin C antibiotic, was clinically studied in 18 patients of skin infections on the dosage of 1 gm. daily. The clinical effectiveness obtained in these cases was 88.9%, which result seemed to indicate that Cephalexin is a valuable oral antibiotic for the infections in dermatological field.
