A woman aged 53 complained of erythema of forehead, ears and other areas exposed to light. Three months later, she developed subsequently erythema of shoulder, neck and weekness of the whole body. She offered resistance on steroid therapy and died. Necropsy from liver showed malignant tumor. Immunohistochemical findings of the skin showed hyalin bodies in the upper dermis, near the junctional zone.
