We report the case of a 62-year-old Japanese man with psoriasis triggered by the administration of lisinopril, an antihypertensive drug. He visited Kagoshima University Hospital with a wide-spread, non-responsive psoriatic eruption. After withdrawing the drug, his eruptions improved after administering topical petrolatum and PUVA therapy.
