Dr. Tsen-Fang Tsa（i M.D.）was graduated from Taipei Medical College（now Taipei Medical University）in 1988. After graduation, he started his career first as a pathology resident before he became a dermatology resident one year later in National Taiwan University. After finishing 4-year residency training, he served at Taiwan Provincial Tai-Nan Hospital as a staff for one year and then returned to National Taiwan University Hospital till now. In 1995, he was appointed to Lecturer, and then Assistant Professor, Associate Professor and finally Professor in 2018. In 2019, he became the Head of Department of Dermatology, National Taiwan University Hospital and National Taiwan University College of Medicine. In 1998 and 1999, he had been a dermatopathology fellow in Jefferson University in Pennsylvania with Dr. Bernard Ackerman and a research associate of cosmetic science and bioengineering of the skin in University of California, San Francisco with Dr. Howard Maibach.
