Dr. Min-Geol Lee started his research carrier in 1983, when he was the 2nd-year resident of dermatology. He was interested in infection immunology, especially in syphilis. He worked at Dermatology Branch, National Cancer Institute, Bethesda, Maryland, USA for 1991-1993. There he studied Langerhans cell and gamma delta T cell. Since then, his research covered syphilis, melanoma, contact hypersensitivity, and psoriasis based on skin immunology with dendritic cells. Recently he is focusing his research on psoriasis.
