Eleven patients were observed with the dislocation of the paralytic shoulder.
The paralytic dislocations was reduced in supine position, and so ROM of the shoulder was inproved too.
On all patients with the paralytic dislocation of shoulder, interference voltage of M. triceps brachii was not observed.
EEG of the all patients was observed usually dominant slow waves on the lesion side.
