On the Shoulder Dislocation of the Patients caused by Cerebral Vascular Accidents

Abstract

Twenty patients having the cerebral vascular accidents were observed by X-ray photograph, ROM (passive) of the paralytic shoulder, EMG of M. biceps brachii and M. triceps brachii, and so the spectrum analysis of EEG.
Eleven patients were observed with the dislocation of the paralytic shoulder.
The paralytic dislocations was reduced in supine position, and so ROM of the shoulder was inproved too.
On all patients with the paralytic dislocation of shoulder, interference voltage of M. triceps brachii was not observed.
EEG of the all patients was observed usually dominant slow waves on the lesion side.
